Ms. Nicole Versluis, MA, CCC
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and nearly a decade of clinical experience. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for first responders, police, RCMP, and military members, as well as survivors of violence, victims of crime, and individuals navigating grief, loss, and burnout.

My background includes work in hospitals, courts, crisis and suicide intervention teams, and sexual assault and domestic violence response settings, alongside private practice. I provide treatment for PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, caregiver burnout, minority stress, relationship and family concerns, and workplace-related injuries. My approach integrates evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy with attachment-informed and emotion-focused interventions.

I am deeply committed to supporting those who serve others, helping first responders and service members process operational stress, critical incidents, and cumulative trauma while maintaining psychological resilience and emotional well-being.
I am an approved provider for RCMP, Veterans Affairs Canada, MPI Personal Injury Plan and grief/loss claimants, WCB, and Victim Services through Manitoba Justice.
